Turning Inward — tools for restoring your health

During this course participants will learn a practical approach to decrease stress and pain. You become skilled at listening to your body, and understanding the bridge between your body, mind, heart, and spirit. Through self-awareness, meditative exercises, mindfulness movement, and group participation, you learn tools for comping, and create the potential for transforming your health.
