Learn tools to transform stress and pain

Turning Inward™ is a healing approach that empowers you to transform your relationship with stress and pain to restore peace. The effects of stress and pain can lead to a lack of balance within your body. Pain speaks…are you listening? Compassionate listening yields awareness, which opens the door to shift perception and allows true change.

Caron Hunter developed Turning Inward™, an effective healing approach which opens the door to the body/mind. Through group programs, individual sessions, integrative hands-on healing techniques, relaxed breathing, self-reflection exercises, and compassionate listening, your inner experience provides the foundation for healing.

I have had the honor of working with Caron Hunter for 15 years. She is a brilliant, patient and compassionate clinician who understands the essential meaning of the mind-body connection. Caron has an uncanny ability to help patients become so quiet that they can listen to, and even speak with, their mind-body. Her gift, her techniques remind us that turning inward is not mind over matter, but rather minding what matters.
