Through group programs, individual sessions, integrative hands-on healing techniques, relaxed breathing, self-reflection exercises, and compassionate listening, your inner experience provides the foundation for healing.

During this course participants will learn a practical, compassionate, and mindful approach to decrease stress and pain.

Morning Class — Tuesdays — 10:30am - 12:30pm

Evening Class — Thursdays — 6:00pm - 8:00pm

Gentle Yoga For Stress Reduction
Learn to move safely, and to explore your inner connection with breath and presence.
Each class consists of gentle yoga practice, meditation, and relaxation.
Tuesday evenings - 5:15-6:30pm
Wednesday mornings - 11:00am - 12:15pm

Tools for Healing and Meditation
A peace-filled 90 minute class for deepening your experience of peace.
A follow up class for those who have participated in the Turning Inward program and would like to deepen their skills.
